yes I mean it.. a few days back we had a kashmiri politician seeking dual currency that is of pakisthan and India but there was not a maika lal to challange him or confront him.. we confront each other and put cities on hold for small small things but cant face the giant of these fundamentalist and seperatist. we can have a gujjar andolan in rajasthan... a mumbai andolan in maharastra... a gurkha andolan in bengal but we cant have a single view to throw out anti nationals especially pro pakistanis and bangladeshis out of our mother land... today they are a few thousands.. but tomorrow may be a few states... today they say allow pakisthani currency.. tomorrow they may say throw out Indian currencies... today they are like east india company.. coming here for business ( shows and concerts but tomorrow............................................

we dont want an honest man to represent us as he may hinder our ways .... and why not.. when i can get things done for a petty sum...
lets then be atleast honest to support the movement for " SAVE CORRUPTION AS IT IS OUR BIRTH RIGHT"

i will tell you how. over the years the exemption limits for incometax have been raised several times but the audit limit is the same Rs.40 lakhs. if the value of Rs.40 laks 20 years ago is taken today it is worth crores. and still the same old limit, on which CA charges in few thousands atleast. the efiling... digital signature.. income tax scutiny.. trade union.. profession tax.. staff profession tax.. sales tax.. excise... local gunda (protection) charges.. mohla charity charges.. ... ... .... ...
if i have a property rented then i pay extra Muncipal taxes, extra society taxes, service tax, lease registration charge, legal expences, local police station charges etc.. etc... and if it is not rented then income tax on deemed rent of second house....
is this the end? NO never.. if that person doesnt vacate my premises i fight legal battle for years putting my money in legal expences and the judge for some reason may grant an injunction in his favour...................

The matter is buried for years... in 2007 the judiciary wakes up to list my matter for evidence ( I do not know what is the procedure for bringing the matter on board). The judge asks for evidence and also give registered deed of partnership.... bills, transport invoice, challans and also ledger.... after 20 years...
My advocate says he also needs some money for commissioners charge for evidence recording.. + his fees ... 4000.00 exhausted, now he charges 4000.00 per standing as he is now experienced advocate.....
how much? Rs.15000.00....
documents.... may be requirements of law has changed and may be documents lost or may be I will not be there or may be the defendant has passed away after enjoying good fruits of his wrong deeds... and his son now proudly says to his supplier... "mere baap se koi nahi le saka to mujse... kabhi nahi... ja case kar aur vasul kar......."
what a mockery of justice... it seems matter is being adjudicated for the purpose of showoff and not to give justice..... the meaning of justice for me now is that it is just a prefix to a judge of Hon'ble High Court... thats it............


Imp.- I would prefer that a judge reads it and charges me with contempt.. but when he will read it, he will certainly realise that this is the truth... and nothing is better than truth....
I will prefer to be a martyr of truth than be a slave of falsehood

I travel by train boldly and all across Mumbai... when I reach the platform several wolfy eyes stare me.... staring me are eyes as young as 15 and as old as 75.....
when I get in they stare me..... when they see me across from another train they stare me... when I get down and walk out they stare me...... STARE ME AT PLATFORMS... BUS STANDS... ROADSSSSSS..... ALL ACROSS..... AND EVEN IN OFFICES.... their eyes run down my skin....they stare me even when I go to a bank, a grossry shop, mall and where not.... just to see my skin below......... BUT WHY?????????????? they dont realise the embarasement and they dont even think for a moment that their own wife, sisters, daughters face the same trauma day in and day out and cannot say anything... unfortunately even law cannot help me as I see the same eyes in police and judiciary and advocacy and where not ......
with folded hands I pray, that when you stare me just imagine if it was my brother, husband or father instead of you and your wife, sister or daughter instead of me..... your eyes will touch my feet and will not rise......... and my soul will not curse you. I wish that happens in all....

i am a common man... the man on the street..... i should be most powerful man in this country but thats not a fact..............
for me the zebra crossings are made only to show white line beyond which the 4 wheelers must stand at the cost of me.... the common man.
for me the foot paths are made...... but for what????? hawkers??? or huts???? or for storing garbage???? of the police (marine lines bridge)..... i wonder why i am stated to be the most powerful person when my children cant cross the roads using zebra crossing and cant walk on the FOOTPATH ( in reality fool path). i walk in between the smoking rickshaws and being dodged by bikes .... my lungs get chocked my eyes burn..... i am the common man. are you also as proud as i am???????????

in most cases what i have found is that a false case is registered againt the boy and his family members and may include a 70 year old father and 12 year old nephew, an unmarried 19 year old sister and may e a bright 22 year old to be doctor...
all are arrested and are denied the freedom of movement. that is they are arrested and put behind bars as if they are criminals...
i really feel when police comes to an innocent and socially well persons house his image is tarnished beyond much repair... if it was your neighbour and you did not know the family then may be you might say what kind of family they are??? may be i some one inquires about the family and will ask you in connection with wedding to the 19 year old sister... your reply will be " i dont know much... but i think they were behind bars for a few days... may be the girl was for 2 days....."
what has happened here is that you have taken away the right to live with dignity for the entire family....
on one hand you say right to life is in constitution and on the other hand... by operation with law you take away that right.... blackmail that family ... extort money.... and may be take away the small kid of 2-3 years away from the family.....
how many rights and how many rights to life has been violated in one stroke and stigma of law..... in such cases the constution needs to be amended and light to life must include right to die...
if you cannot let this family live with dignity then atleast allow honour self killing..
think now of a rapist.... he commits rape... but he and only he faces the trauma of law and dance to its tune.... may be he will pay bribe and get bail and fight for years.... with case going on and he being a free man....
bright chances that he may be acquitted and may roam scott freee..............
now who is better a rapist of a 498A victim..
who is the real culprit who has violated law... 498A victim, his family, law keepers, law makers, constitution.................................who is responsible for the killing of societies faith making relationship.....
